Getting Started
Completing your Health History form and overview will be the gateway to your health coaching journey. Our initial session will give us 90 minutes to go over the Health History Form, which you will fill out prior to our conversation.
Our communications will occur via video chat or phone call, and email check-ins between our follow up sessions. In the story of my personal health journey, I have navigated an extended period of chronic pain during which I received no clear diagnosis, and endured over a decade of skin issues that I couldn't resolve. Even when I was eating what anyone would say is a very healthy diet, I still felt unwell. The impacts these experiences had on my mental and emotional health were substantial. I was oscillating through periods of depression, insomnia, addiction, and isolation.
Through trial and error and a lot of persistence, I learned what my body reacts to, reduced my inflammation, and feel more vibrant on a daily basis. My personal boundaries have become more clear and I prioritize the habits that keep me feeling healthy. It wasn't easy and I learned a lot along the way. My hope is that I can reach people who have encountered similar roadblocks, and give you a leg up on understanding the bigger picture of your health and wellbeing. |
