A little about me...
I grew up in the piedmont of NC, but always felt a deep connection with the mountains. I was living in Colorado and exploring the Rocky Mountains when I first started practicing yoga. I soon completed a 200 hour YTT in restorative and therapeutic yoga. It was through Acroyoga that I first experienced Thai massage. In 2015 I traveled to Canada and completed an instructor certification with Acro Yoga Montreal. After settling in Asheville I began exploring dance and Contact Improv while deepening my understanding of therapeutic movement. I completed my massage therapy certification in 2017, but my studies in this field are ongoing. My own injuries and healing journey have been my greatest lesson.
I came to practice Massage Therapy through a love of embodied movement. My explorations of yoga, dance, and martial arts have led to a fascination with mindful movement, somatic intelligence, and the body’s innate ability to heal and transform. The grace, fluidity, and spirit of Thai massage captured my heart and marked the beginning of my journey with bodywork. Much of my style is rooted in this heart based practice.

Cassidy was extremely knowledgeable and touch-intelligent. The ability to implement multiple types of massage combined with the ability to navigate intensity was very helpful for me. I am an athlete and dancer with a history of back and foot problems. She was able to address multiple issues in one sitting. I would strongly recommend a visit!
