How did I come to practice hands on healing?
My explorations of yoga, dance, and martial arts have led to a fascination with mindful movement, somatic intelligence, and the body’s innate ability to heal and transform. These practices led me to listen inward and intentionally explore how to find balance in my body, how to perceive subtle sensations, and how to sense the same in others. I began to study massage and bodywork out of a fascination in the beautiful and intelligent complexity that intertwines our mental, emotional, and physical selves. The graceful fluidity, and metta spirit of Thai massage captured my heart and marked the beginning of my journey as a healing guide. Much of my style is rooted in this heart based practice and it's holistic approach to hands on healing. The flowy and embodied presence of Esalen massage has infused my sessions, as well as the energetic listening of Reiki healing.
I continue to pursue further learning around all aspects of physical health and wellbeing. My personal interests have called me to learn and practice compassionate communication, meditation, and herbal medicine. I have a love for embodied fitness practices, functional movement, and somatic awareness exercises. I believe in building a life that fosters vitality and healthy balance through discovering and strengthening our intuitive body wisdom.
I have a heart desire to develop rich healing relationships with my clients that serve their physical body, but also touch and nourish their spirit. I am inspired to work with individuals who are seeking a holistic relationship with their health and wellness. I also have a deep connection with individuals who are experiencing chronic pain from physical injury or emotional stress. I hope to provide compassion, empathy, and intuitive guidance to those in need. I encourage my clients to open up to their own healing, as this ultimately comes from within ourselves. My role is to provide the right alchemy of sensory input and perceptual awareness to awaken an innate way of being in the world that ultimately leads us closer to a state of graceful authenticity. It is an honor to hold space for each individuals’ unique process of release and discovery of whole health.
Thank you to all of those who have influenced, encouraged, and supported my journey. You have touched me in unseen and meaningful ways that still shape who I am continually becoming.
With love and deep gratitude,
Cassidy

Cassidy was extremely knowledgeable and touch-intelligent. The ability to implement multiple types of massage combined with the ability to navigate intensity was very helpful for me. I am an athlete and dancer with a history of back and foot problems. She was able to address multiple issues in one sitting. I would strongly recommend a visit!

Cassidy is really everything you’d want in a massage therapist: she’s incredibly present, available, and intuitive with her touch. She’s strong and perceptive. You can tell how much working history she has with how bodies are put together by feeling her work— so much practical knowledge of anatomy, connective tissue, muscles bones and nerves! I really loved my session and felt transformed afterwards..
