Integrative Massage Therapy$150 for 90 min $200 for 2 hours
Integrative sessions combine a variety of massage techniques in a uniquely crafted experience, attending to the body as a whole while also visiting areas of detailed work. Informed by your goals for the session and any injuries or imbalances present, an integrative massage may include passive stretches, myofascial sculpting, cupping therapy, trigger point work, as well as flowing strokes and integrative holds.
Sessions may include aromatherapy, heat therapy, or salves.
