$200 for 2 hours Integrative sessions combine a variety of massage techniques in a uniquely crafted experience, attending to the body as a whole while also visiting areas of detailed work. Informed by your goals for the session and any injuries or imbalances present, an integrative massage may include passive stretches, myofascial sculpting, cupping therapy, trigger point work, as well as flowing strokes and integrative holds.
Sessions may include aromatherapy, heat therapy, or salves. Deep Tissue Massage$200 for 90 min
Deep tissue massage is for clients who need firm overall pressure and targeted trigger point work to achieve effective release of tight muscles. Sessions may incorporate active stretching and sports massage techniques such as instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization. This type of work is aimed at creating physical disruptions of dense, congested, or bound up tissues, and clients may experience overall soreness or localized tenderness following the session.
Sessions may include heat therapy, cupping, or gua sha.
