Within a Breathwork session, I will introduce terminology and concepts to better understand how the process of respiration unfolds, and how we can use the breath as a conscious tool to influence our energy level, mood, and overall wellbeing. I will guide you through a breathwork exercise chosen to reflect your goals, and give you a couple take home exercises to build on the awareness you have gained. Innersculpt Workshop
A collaboration of mindful movement, breathwork, and play. We will explore our senses through posture, games, and meditation, while using the breath as a tool to release stress and access different states of awareness. You will learn an approach to breathwork that can be integrated into your everyday life. This class weaves together elements of yoga, somatic experiencing, and guided meditation. Accessible to people of all abilities and backgrounds.
